Gu Brownies Set up in 1994, Big Fish is led by Perry Haydn Taylor, Victoria Sawdon and Bill Barlow. For the Gu Brownies box, Big Fish took the 'event' connotations of the panettone box and instantly upgraded the humble brownie.
